The revision of the German Renewable Energy Law seems to be largely favorable for PV, particularly building integrated systems. As of January 1st 2004, Feed-in tariffs will increase from the current level of 0,48 EUR/kWh to 0,59 EUR/kWh for rooftop systems and 0,64 EUR/kWh for facade systems. For systems > 30 kW, the incentive is 0,04 EUR/kWh less in both cases, while ground mounted arrays will receive only 0,434 EUR/kWh.
