Abstract: In this report the first outcome, which examined the value of starting a co-operative task regarding Very Large Scale Photovoltaic Power Generation systems (VLS-PV) as a pre-feasibility study are presented. Subjects that are discussed are: technology and design configuration, examples of existing VLS-PV case studies, institutional, organizational and financial issues, socio-economic issues and technology transfer and environmental issues.
